The test protocol involved eight runs of 110 meters each with a 20-second rest interval between runs. The initial set of runs was executed without discs, followed by a second series where runs were performed with the addition of discs.
Our focus was to improve the energy and strength in the legs as well as optimize the lung capacity and Cardiovascular system.
